Tator Tot Casserole

Tator Tot Casserole

Always a favorite at my house and easy to make

serves 4

What you need:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 dashes worchestire sauce
1 lb mixed frozen vegetables (any kind you like)
1 bag of frozen tator tots (you can also use veggie tots if you prefer)

Directions


  • Pre-heat the oven to 400F
  • Dice the onion 
  • In a large skillet brown the ground beef, breaking it up as you go.
  • When the ground beef is almost done add the onion and continue cooking until the onion is translucent. 
  • In a large casserole dish combine the ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, 4 dashes of worchestire sauce and the frozen veggies; mix well and evenly spread in the bottom of the dish.
  • Neatly place the tator tots on top and Bake at 400F for about 45 minutes or until the tator tots are nice and crisp.
